Out of Hours IT support on campus

Phone 52249 and then press 2 on your phone after the brief recorded message. 

ANU Security provide an after hours fault logging service on behalf of DOI for students or staff members having difficulty with the ANU IT systems. 
The fault that you report over the phone in relation to IT will be passed onto the appropriate people within DOI for attention as soon as possible. 


In some cases your contact details will also be passed to DOI.  Please note ANU Security cannot provide an IT trouble shooting
or fault finding service.
We ask you to keep your call a brief as possible as the Officer taking your call also is monitoring our emergency phone systems.
